In one line
Forminha does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising in this app. Everything you type into Forminha — party orders, customer names and phone numbers, recipes, photos and settings — is stored only on your own device.
What Forminha stores, and where
All of the information below is written to your device's local storage (Apple's SwiftData database and standard app preferences) and is never transmitted anywhere by Forminha:

Forminha's privacy manifest declares no collected data types and no tracking, and lists the one required-reason system API it uses — reading your saved app preferences (UserDefaults) — for the sole purpose of remembering your own settings on your own device.
Camera and photo library
Forminha asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph a finished tray of sweets for an order, and for photo library access only when you choose to attach an existing picture (such as a customer's theme photo) to an order. Both are optional, used only at your request, and the resulting picture is saved with the order on your device — never uploaded.
Notifications
Forminha can remind you the evening before a party, and can run a stove timer while you cook a batch. These are local notifications scheduled on your device by iOS itself; Forminha does not use a push notification service and no notification content is sent anywhere.
Reference links and the in-app browser
If you add a reference link to an order — a customer's theme board or a supplier's page — Forminha opens it inside the app in a standard web view so you don't lose the tab. Visiting a link works like visiting any web page: the site you open may set its own cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy, which Forminha does not control. Forminha itself does not send your order data to any site you open this way.
Children's privacy
Forminha is a business tool for confectioners planning orders and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any information from children, and in fact does not collect information from anyone — everything stays on the device it's installed on.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date below. Continuing to use Forminha after a change means you accept the updated policy.
